In addition to our London HQ we are now opening a new office near Salisbury in Wiltshire to offer our dedicated hospitality recruitment services to the South and South West. Faye will be heading our team there and looks forward to developing our business there.

Managing Director

Hafis has 20 years’ experience working at the top of the hotel sector including 6 years as a 4/5 Star General Manager in a 500+ bedroom central London Hotel and managing a Luxury 5 Star Resort in Africa. The last five years have been recruitment and in 2016 Hafis set up H Consultants. Hafis keeps up with all the latest industry news and exciting new openings. He is an avid rugby fan.

Favourite Food: Mum’s duck and rice.

Associate Director

With 10 years of recruitment experience in consulting and negotiating with a variety of clients Jeremy has a strong understanding of our client’s needs in the Accountancy and Back Office Functions. Jeremy’s background as an accountant and in recruitment has given him excellent specialist knowledge of the industry and understanding of client particular needs.

Favourite Food: Having travelled extensively around the Rajasthan region of India, he loves all authentic Indian Food.

Offering our dedicated recruitment services in the South and South West. Please note the number for her office is 01985 851 718.

Faye has worked in the events and music industry for over 15 years, working on European and national tours, and produced events at venues from The Intercontinental Hyde Park and The O2 to The Royal Albert Hall.  She has worked with some of the biggest production companies, promoters, artists and agents in the UK and the US.

Favourite Food: She thinks she is a great cook and her specialty is coronation chicken – Yum Yum!

Judith Hake

Consultant

Judith has 26 years experience working in hotels, restaurants and the tourist sector. She has been trained and worked in hotels and restaurants in Germany before coming to London where she worked for 11 years as a Reservations and Events Manager in a 4-Star Hotel. For the last 5 years she took time out to be a mother.

Judith is a recent recruit.

Favourite Food: Homemade meat balls with braised red cabbage and potatoes (we are called Krauts for a reason)

Design Director

Tommy has over 25 years experience in the Design and Marketing fields and has worked directly with Hafis to achieve his vision for the company from a design perspective. He will continue to do so as the company grows and expands its reach.

Tommy Rockett heads a design consultancy offering a wide range of services across platforms both digital & traditional.

Rockett immerse themselves in the creative journey, driving the project forwards, exploring the story, characters and plot to construct the perfect conclusion. By way of a variety of methods and a combination of mediums. Committed to finding the solution while injecting a healthy dose of fun along the way. Naturally.

Kimberley Lotery

Executive Coach

Kimberley has 20 years leadership experience in the retail/luxury brands sector. She held senior commercial positions at Mandarin Oriental, Armani and Quintessentially having accountability for commercial targets,multi million pound financial budgets (P+L) and people development before pursuing formal Coach training.

Kimberley is a trained Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Mentor on a Coach Training Course accredited by the ICF.

She coaches individuals 1:1 and senior leadership teams across a wide range of clients and sectors including hotels, travel, lifestyle, finance, technology, retail and the professional services. She supports clients through career transition and into leadership roles.
